Hello Fashionistas, 

It's Monday and it's time to Hustle!! 

Finally this is the Monday where you throw every other excuse out the window and start the workout you promised your Body! 

Don't worry we are with you, you are not starting this journey alone. 

Speaking of which, we thought it' about time we gave our workout clothes a chance to come out of the closet.

BTW, if you are a beginner just like us, you can start with simple cardio exercises which will obviously make you sore the next day, but will be worth it! 

Before you get all pumped up with adrenaline, you must remember, hydrate. Make sure you have a sip or two of water while working out and obviously have your playlist ready so that it motivates you.
